That’s plenty of time! I gave my guests about a month. Just realize that no matter HOW much time you give people, there will still be people who don’t RSVP, and you will have to email/call them ๐Ÿ™‚

Definitely, I think even 4 weeks is acceptable.

I think its enough.  When you give people a really long RSVP time frame, I think it gives them the opportunity to forget about it! Our RSVP range is only 4 weeks, though we did send out Save the Dates so they knew it was coming ๐Ÿ™‚

We are sending out our invitations in mid May and giving them until June 25, with wedding on July 23. So about a 6 week time frame to return them. So I think you are safe!

6 weeks is plenty of time – we went them out right after christmas and asked for them back by feb 1st. for a feb 12th wedding…it worked out fine.

I think 6 weeks is plenty of time. That’s my plan. I haven’t sent invites out yet.

I just sent my invites about 2 days ago, giving people 6 weeks to RSVP. Now all I can do is wait for the responses. eeek!

I’m sending mine April 16th (yes, the day BEFORE the post office increases their rates) and then giving them until May 20th for a July 3rd wedding. That gives me at least 3 weeks to chase down the stragglers….and there will be plenty ๐Ÿ™

My date is 07/21/11. I’m mailing on 06/01 w/ an RSVP of 06/30. That way I can chase down. Is this okay? What do you think? It’s 7 weeks notice with 4 weeks to RSVP.
