Hello Beautiful bees!
It’s the babydollbride here, im a 20 year old bee from Aus
I have a 5.5 hand. The picture of my hand is below. Would a 1.50 forever brilliant halo like the photo provided look to big and gaudy on my finger?
or should i just get 1ct.
Thoughts and pictures beautiful bees 🙂

That is gorgeous! I think it looks lovely on your hand. Not too big at all.

It’s not a BIG halo, but if I were going to do a halo at all, I’d stick with a 1ct (1.25 at most). I think it will look very nice on a 5.5 finger. Keep in mind an oval faces up larger than many other cuts.

I think it looks great! Shrinkage is inevitable. Do what makes you happy/comfortable.

I have a 1.5ct round (no halo) on a 5.75 finger — I think it’s the perfect size! So that’d be maybe 1 or 1.25ct with a halo?
Try stuff on and see what works best for your hand, though!!

You rock you, I have a 2.40ct round cut in a halo with a size 4 finger, it’s huge and gaudy and I love it.
So, I don’t think 1.5ct oval with a dainty halo is too big. 😉

This is my 1.25 oval solitaire on a size 4 finger so i think a 1.50+ would look great on your size
PS im also an Aussie Bee 🙂

The .90 looks great on your finger. But you will be the one wearing it so you do you girl. Of may look huge and guady but who the f cares if you love it that’s all that matters ! I think you should go try some on in the various tcw you are looking at and see what feels right to you, you may think you want bigger and hate how it looks on your finger or you may love how it looks

I have 1,5ct pink sapphire halo and my finger is 5,5. It’s kinda big for me lol so I vote 1ct halo. But if you like bigger stone then go for it!!
