(Closed) Is a mid November save-the-date sufficient time for July 5 wedding?

I think that is plenty of time.  I sent my save the date at the beginning of November for an April wedding.  It just all depends on the travel and accomodations and time off needed for your guests.

If you are in the US, I would send them ASAP since your wedding is right on a holiday. Otherwise, you should be fine. I am not sending mine until January (August wedding)

Mine’s in April and I’m not sending them out until October. 6 months is enough time I think! And I’m only sending them because the wedding is on Friday so people have a heads up. Otherwise I probably wouldn’t even bother.

We sent our Save-The-Date Cards in February for our mid-July wedding.

But since yours is right after a holiday (assuming you’re in the USA), you should probably aim to get them out in January.
