We are having a photo-booth that provides double sets of prints. So, one set will go in a scrap book where people can write notes (our guest book) and the other set they can take home.
I’ve also loved the idea of a wish bowl – and have planned to have that as well.
But, now I’m wondering – is that a bit of overkill?
Is there a way I can word the Wish Bowl instructions to be more tailored to specific advice, etc? Any ideas??

Not sure what a wish bowl is…my guess is people write on scraps of paper & put it in the bowl? If that’s what it is, I’d suggest doing both. If there’s a long line for the photo booth/guest book, they can do the wish bowl while waiting. Later, you can always tape in the wish bowl notes into your guest book so they’d be all in the same place.
EDIT: Also, you should put them in opposite places. My guest book was at one entrance, but most people used the other entrance so barely any people wrote in it. I’m sure more people would have written in it if they had seen it thou.

My initial thought is that if you do both you might not end up with as many of each, like most people might do one or the other but not both. If I were a guest I would probably just pick one to do.
What if you used the photos as your wish bowl cards? You could integrate them and have the people write you a wish on their photo and then put it in the bowl?
