of course! my centre stone is about 1/5 of a carat, and i love it. it was his grandmother’s diamond from her engagement ring, we had it set into this setting.

do i get jealous of bigger rings? sure. but this one means more than any other ring would mean to me. plus, i tend to whack my hands on things. i’d be afraid to have a bigger stone!

Mine is a vintage ring with a .33 ct diamond. It looks much larger due to the illusion head (popular in the 30s). I love it!

Mine is. .33 and the perfect size for me. Personally love .3 to .5 the best.

A little diamond is fine! My center stone is .25. There are little diamonds on the side for a total of .50. I LOVE my ring!

Not mine, but if I’d had a smaller stone to choose from, I’d have gone with one of this one.  I think it’s a 1/4 carat:

Mine is .75 carat and I love it!  We had picked out a .5 carat and when he went to order it he surprised me with the bigger one ๐Ÿ™‚  Here it is with my band.

Mine is .33 carats. Just a normal, classic solitaire ๐Ÿ™‚

This isn’t my engagement ring, it’s mt promise ring, but it’s .18ctw (my finger is a size 6.5), and it gets mistaken for an engagement ring countless times. it’s from the Cherished Promise collection and has a sapphire on the inside of the band. I told my BF that he can use it as my engagement ring if he wanted to. But, even then, the engagement ring I really want is only .33ctw. You’d be surprised at how beautiful and radiant smaller diamonds can be ๐Ÿ™‚ It really is all about the meaning behind it, though ๐Ÿ™‚ (BTW, sorry if the pic came out wonky, this is my very first post on WB)

Mine is a G brilliant cut VVS1 .45 ct center stone diamond with 68 other small brilliant ideal cut pave diamonds in the halo and band (.75 ctw). I have small hands (my finger is 4.75) and I tried bigger diamonds and decided they weren’t for me. This one is a very high quality stone that is smaller but set in 18 ct gold so was still pretty pricy. My sister thought it was over a carat because the cut is round and large on the face instead of wasting carat weight below and the setting and halo adds to the size. It is as large as my mom’s 1ct and it also has a profile like a larger diamond.

My band (not pictured) is another 1 ctw micropave so my ctw is just distributed differently and better for my hand size.

my ring is perfect and I wouldn’t choose any other diamond or change a thing!
