I know the feeling… We Just bought a house and was informed our first house note wouldnt be until Oct 1. WELL they told us wrong. September 1. GRR. I ask myself every day why didnt we just elope!?! But like you, because our families.

It’ll be fine, you still have over a year 🙂 penny pinch!

I feel the same.  I am running out of time and money!  Take my advice and don’t spend extra money on shopping and things that can wait until after the wedding, save as much as you can now.

Wow, I guess if that includes venue, ceremony, food, drink, cake, and other stuff (DJ, flowers) I guess that’s not too bad.  We bought a house, car, and got engaged all in the same year – and paying for the wedding ourselves.  So though we’re making huge payments, everything is going on my credit card (points and I can create a dispute on any charge if a vendor ends up being bad).

I am having a moment too!  Every time I get an RSVP back with yes I cringe a little bit.  I know its wrong but the $ keep piling up in my head!
