We’re trying too! I haven’t told anybody, not planning to tell people until I have to – as in, PG and showing. But it is nice to share with the hive 🙂 I’ve been charting my temp, we’re on our 3rd month. My luteal phase is short too, around 11 days I think. I started taking B6 after the first month. It was really depressing getting my period the first month, and the second month I was pretty bummed too but at this point I am just trying to focus on things that keep it off my mind. I’ve really thrown myself into my workouts, not too vigorous on the cardio as I’ve heard that can decrease fertility but making sure I get my 3-4 days of elliptical in as well as doing yoga daily and also taking time out for meditation and relaxation. These are things I really enjoy doing but it is hard to give myself the time to do it, but now I feel like it will help our baby so I feel totally justified taking that time for myself!
Good luck to everyone!

Good luck to everyone TTC! I hope you all get your positive tests soon!

We aren’t actively trying but I do have a couple doctors appointments scheduled this month so we can start the process. I do not have a monthly cycle so we are trying to figure out what is going on. That being said, we haven’t exactly been preventing either. I have been off birth control for over a year and we haven’t been using any other form of birth control (don’t worry, I test before we go out if I know we will be drinking!) and we haven’t gotten pregnant so we know something is up.
Good luck to all those who are TTC!

we’re starting this month! i’m not expecting much because i just got off the pill (wanted to be in control of my time of the month for the wedding and honeymoon) so i feel like it will take some time for my body to get back to normal. but i keep telling myself just to have fun with the proccess of trying!

I guess you could say that we are more active in the TTC process. I just got off the pill in November (after 10 years), but now it just seems that my body is out of wack. Blah.

FYI, my doctor said for some people the first month off the pill can be VERY fertile (including higher chances of twins!) – she encouraged us to take advantage but the twin thing freaked me out and we didn’t really “try” much that first month. I know a few people who did get pregnant their very first month off BC! the thing is your cycle might be out of whack so you might not have any idea when you ovulating

I guess we started TTC in Feburary…We basically just stopped using anything…DH swore up and down that I was pregnant the first month but right now i’m just happy to keep trying really hard 🙂
