@MsBrooklynA: Ugh, yesssss… so frustrating! It’s like 10,000 times worse when I’m sleep deprived too, I feel like I’m going to fall apart any second.

Its so weird because I can cry at the smallest things that I’m frustrated but when its expected that I cry, I can’t. Its especially hard because when I’m really upset I go into this high pitched voice that apparently only my sister can decipher, now that’s embarrassing to me.

@MsBrooklynA: Oh, man I’m right there with you. I can’t even begin to count the embarassing moments during which I have burst into tears.

I hate it, but I cannot control it.

I cry when I am happy.  I cry when I am sad.  I cry when I am angry.  I cry when I am frustrated.  USUALLY it’s not like, full-on-sobbing-cry, more like just tears unless I am acutally sad.

I know one time at work, our auditor found some things that I had done wrong.  I was frustrated and angry because I had done them the way our management had told me to do them, and it would have saved me a lot of work if I had been doing them the right way…ESPECIALLY since I had to then REDO all of them the correct way.  So I started tearing up, and the poor guy got so embarrassed and flustered thinking he had hurt my feelings and made me cry, and kept apologizing, (and of course, once someone calls attention to it like that, it just makes it WORSE).  So I am half-laughing and half-crying, trying to explain to him that it really wasn’t HIM, that I was just ticked because this had been going on for months.  I don’t think he really believed me, because he still seemed to feel really bad and kind of avoided me for a while. Smile

I definitely have issues with crying when I’m angry and frustrated. It sucks.

Yes!!!!!  Any time I am really angry I just burst out into tears.  It is awful!!!! People start trying to comfort me and tell me it is okay.  I know it is okay I am angry not sad!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is the most frustrating at work.  One time my boss said something that truely offended me and made me angry but instead of being able to talk about it I burst out into tears. . . so embarassing.

My tear ducts are directly connected to my dad’s tone of voice and I don’t know why. The second he raises his voice/looks angry/sounds angry… I burst into tears. It’s so weird.

If I feel any kind of heightened emotion, I will cry. This goes especially for times I am sleep deprived or stressed, but it’s hardly ever a full out sobbing session.
