By The Way: I don’t trust this feedback. There is another shop with exactly 31 responses with 100% feedback with similar jewelry. If you read the responses, they are too detailed and advertisey…..

I don’t know.

I contacted them awhile back because we were looking at upgrading my e-ring and they were quite rude and would not respond to my questions after the first message. So we took our money and business elsewhere! The pictures that they have shown are computer generated and that bothers me that they don’t have pictures of the exact rings they are selling.

I was looking at his design for 2 months, and finally wanted to give it a try.

This is the style I liked.

I recieved it last Saturday (waited for 2-3 weeks for it)

I got the moissanite center stone instead of the white sapphire, since I saw a lot of people left reviews about the quality of the white sapphire not really good.

I didn’t want my expetation too high because I knew the pictures on his website are CAD generated, and might look much better than the real thing.

But when I received the ring I loved it so much!! I can’t stop staring at it…

I hope these pictures helped!

Tell me what you guys think?

I have been trying to get an engagement ring from anjaysdesigns, but based on extremely poor communication I would not recommend them.  First response was < 4 hours.  However when I requested custom CADs to see an idea for modifying one of his published posting (just changing stone type/color) his response are taking over a week now.  Last response I got was 7/4, it looked like he hadn’t even read my previews note from a week ago.  (it’s no 7/21 so it’s been over 2 weeks and I’ve messaged 3 times waiting on a response).  I can’t in good conscience recommend.

Contrast that with DesignMasters and while I haven’t bought yet I intend to.  No communication has taken longer than 12 hours, CADs in under 12 hours from requesting custom.  Been very upfront about things (like telling me since it would be considered 100% custom a return would not be possible, a little concerning, but at least they were up front).  I hope this helps others looking.

I nver got any more responses from anjaysdesigns.  I ended up buying from DesignMasters (the same guys who runs ArtsMasters).  I talked about doing a 100% custom ring in my last post, but this is so cool.  He took my idea from the custom and improved it and made it a general posting.  I ended up buying his public posting instead of the custom I came up with.  Below are pictures of the CADs and the final results.

Sorry some of the pictures are blurry/not great quaility, I’m no photographer. I’m very happy with the results overall. I hope this helps others looking.

Here are official photos for your ring set in Art Masters Jewelry order records. We hold dear our customers and address their every request, whim and likes by delivering world class customer service and benchmark quality jewelry products that last a lifetime. We wish the best to those who try to compete with us and usually are easy on the copycats and try to be positive about them as they honor us by copying our work, nevertheless I must mansion few things about AnjaysDesigns many of you are so special about. AnjaysDesigns is a bad, a jealous child of Art Masters Jewelry Company. The owner, the designer and the stone setter for AnjaysDesigns is a single individual who use to learn and work at Art Masters Jewelry for a good pay. His online name Anjay is fictitious. In Fall of 2011, while working at our company he stole ideas, production methods, designs, gemstone and marketing formats, business operation practices then copied the terms, conditions, policies and even product descriptions at first from our online shops and founded AnjaysDesigns jewelry company and opened an online shop. He was immediately fired for that from our company. Sometimes when he had to set diamonds on customer orders he switched them with fake stones, giving us a headaches. He later was forced to change any reference to our online content and policies.

FYN this company has no respect in the Fashion and Jewelry District of Los Angeles among suppliers and production companies for this matters. Everyone you ask in the district knows this story. Bad, the person behind AnjaysDesigns never learned good customer service skills, the most important thing while setting stones at Art Masters Jewelry and that’s because he was just an assistant stone setter with limited English language skills. I wish his company best in their quest and will advise them to hold dear your customers so you do not end up loosing them. Best, Art Masters Jewelry.

I figured I’d chime in for anyone else looking to purchase from Anjays.

My fiance proposed with a ring froms Anjays and said the communication was great and that he received the ring very quickly. He asked for a rush due to wanting to propose on his birthday and they accommodated the rush at no extra charge.

As far as the ring itself, I think it’s absolutely beautiful. It is white gold with a 1 ct moisannite center stone which sparkles like nothing I’ve ever seen. I’ve gotten tons of compliments even when I wasn’t showing it off. I love it.

Since I received the ring, I’ve communicated with Anjay regarding a custom matching wedding band and he has always gotten back to me within 24 hours.

So no complaints here.

The ONE and only thing I’ll say is that there is one tiny nick in the white gold that is barely noticeable but I believe is a result of the ring not being truly handmade (but CAD generated). If it was in a noticeable spot, I’d probably say something but no one would ever notice and so I am perfectly happy.

Hope this helps anyone else on the fence.
