We’re doing 2 main dishes, one beef and one fish.  We’ll also do a heavy starch, like pasta or potatoes, so if anyone doesn’t eat any meat, they can have that with salad, veggies, and bread.

Two main dishes for us, but that’s because our venue requires that we choose exactly two. We’ll probably choose a beef and a chicken, but I’m torn between chicken and salmon.  Do people like salmon?

Our side dishes are bread, two salads, vegetables, and two types of potatoes.

We’re probably doing buffet and will go with two entree options, but we get three sides so one of them will be pasta with sauce for our veggie friends 🙂

Sort of – we’re doing tons of stationary and passed apps, plus 3 “main” food stations – beef tenderloin, fish, and a really yummy and unique vegetarian pasta that I am super excited about. 😀 I hope other people like it and don’t think it’s too weird.

3 main dishes.  Tri-tip, pasta bar, and bbq chicken.  We also had salad, rolls, a potato bar with mushroom gravy, and an appetizer of wontons with sweet chili sauce.

We’re having 2 main dishes: Lasagna and Salmon (I had to pull the bride card for the lasagna, its my favorite food). We’re having lots of sides though: Rice pelof, glazed baby carrots, augratin potatoes, garlic mashed and for a salad its going to be a Romaine and spinach blend with craisins, sliced almonds, grape tomato and feta cheese. Cant wait!

We’re having four main dishes – two beefs, a chicken, and a fish, two starches, one vegetable, rolls, and salad. We only have a few true vegetarians so we will order their meal separately.

Are you brides doing buffets also doing menus for your guests?

Yep, we’re having a buffet. We’re only having 1 meat option. Buffet will be a meat, 2 sides, salad, and roll. (We haven’t finalized the menu yet to exactly what the it will be, but our meat will be chicken.)
