Right after the wedding, most couples have a honeymoon. We aren’t having one straight away, but I just wanted to know if anyone else is in the same boat as us? It feels like we’re the only ones. I don’t really want one, tbh.

We’re not going anywhere. We already went on a big vacation last year and want to buy a house soon. We might get a hotel one weekend as a mini-moon just for fun, but we do that once or twice a year anyway.
Don’t worry about being the only one.

We’re not doing a big, traditional wedding, so I am not too fussed about not doing a traditional honeymoon either.
We’re taking 2 week-long vacations to warm places in the months leading up to the wedding, and then we’re going away again in February. We’re going to do a long weekend trip to the mountains in January and call that our honeymoon (wedding is in December). So I guess we’re not exactly doing a honeymoon either!

We’re taking a mini moon to Tennessee. We don’t really have the time or the money to go where we really want to, so we’ll probably spend a long weekend in the mountains or something.

We probably won’t. Fiance will only be getting about a week of paid vacation a year when we get married. Plus, it will be a ‘destination wedding’ for half the guests, anyway… we’re planning on just staying someplace really kick-ass and relaxing before/during/after the wedding day, and having a combined wedding/honeymoon thing.

we’re not doing one right away. I would love to go right after but Fiance is in the military and he’s in the middle of training and will be deployed shortly after our wedding. We’re going to try to do it in a year or so when things settle down a bit.

I’ve been married since December. No honeymoon.
It’s difficult because my husband is in the Navy and getting time off is exceptionally difficult. Not to mention we have no idea where we want to go.
Probably won’t go on a honeymoon for another year or so

We took a day trip after our wedding to our favorite amusement park. No regrets at all! We had a blast!
We are saving our money to go to Florida around Christmas (hopefully!) to spend time with our best friends & family.
We’re big on the idea of living modestly now so that one day we can live really well.
