I’m pretty sure you have to leave your e-ring with the jeweler for a custom piece. When is the event that you want to wear your ring? If it’s in a few weeks, I wouldn’t see getting your ring back as a problem.

You might want to call and ask if your jeweler shipped your ering off to have the mold for your band made and explain the situation…that way you’ll have a realistic time frame.

My jeweler took mine. It’s only been a couple of weeks, but like you, I’ve got a big even for which I’m hoping I’ll have it. I’ll cross my fingers for you!

This is normal.  I actually had to leave mine with the jeweler for 5 weeks!!  I had purchased a stand-in to wear on our honeymoon, so I just wore that for special occasions.

It sucks not to have it, but it’s worth it in the end when you get your perfect band!
