@LadyMoriarty:  Contact the seller first– also go back and look at the description again.  If the description is accurate and you just assumed it was going to be heavier, etc…..based off of the picture, then I’d have to say it might be your bad– I do know I have done that before- where the item looked like the picture, but was also different (it was a lot larger, in this case)– turns out I just didn’t read the description.

Most of the time etsy sellers want to make you happy!!  Contact seller and go from there– before you leave a review!

@LadyMoriarty:  also– be honest with her– but be friendly.  she will likely appreciate your feedback greatly.  I had a seller who was eager to know the truth– and I even helped him decide on a few other things for his shop!! 🙂  he was super happy to have someone give him honest input.

@LadyMoriarty:  Wow, that’s fairly awful for a piece that was over $70! Hope you can get a refund!

@LadyMoriarty:  That’s INSANE. I don’t know if you have Hobby Lobby in your area, but we do here, and I can tell you that those wooden pieces don’t come anywhere NEAR that price. (we were just there looking for wood for our centerpieces the other day!) PLUS she probably got them when they were half off, besides.
