I see nothing wrong with it

@EPatriciaWilliamsR:  Oh it’s definitely “on the line”. For me, I usually say a white background that is 80% covered by a print is ok, but this one is iffy.

I agree that it could go either way. It’s a beautiful dress but mostly white. Is there another sundress you could wear?

Hmmm..maybe not, you never know if the bride is a bridezilla or not…maybe its better to be safe than sorry. Not saying you need to go to this extreme, but I had a friend in the same situation a little while ago, a mostly white dress that she loved and wanted to wear to a wedding, so she bought a pack of dye for $6.00, diluted it, and voila, it looked great, came out in a nice pale pink, which might look nice on yours and would probably keep the flowers the way they are:)

Maybe see if you can find a pink or black chunky belt?  That could help break up the white.

    That’s a pretty good idea too 🙂

Why not just ask the bride. Send her a pic and see what she says. I don’t think there’s a problem but I see how it could be on the line.

I’m on the fence so I’d go with another dress.

Hmm, borderline. I thought the floral print was going to be all over it, not just the sides. Since it’s borderline, I vote no. Better safe than sorry.

I wouldn’t wear it to a wedding. Yes, your dress (which is very pretty by the way) has floral print, but it’s too white to wear to a wedding as a guest.

Absolutely NOBODY will mistake you for the bride…. I would be fine with a guest wearing this and I tend to be a bit bridezilla when it comes to white dresses. Pair it with a fun necklace, maybe a bauble one and some pink heels. Voila!

I think you should find a non-white dress. But I like the idea of asking the bride!

If you has come to my wedding my junior bridesmaids would have attacked you with red wine

” operation no white ” we called it. no white, no ivory champagne at weddings period
