Is it OK to wear white with a floral pattern bottom as a guest?

Seems OK to me , I might wear a bright necklace or something on top so the white is not so evident though. Sitting down  you will appear to  be wearing a white dress.

Many summer dresses, including those with floral and other prints, have white in them. I have no issue with people wearing such attire to weddings. However, I agree with the prior poster that you may feel a bit less conspicuous given the solid white top of the dress if you add some color with jewelry and also by choosing a bright cardigan or wrap in the coral/orange shade found in the dress to coordinate.

Beautiful dress, I think it’s fine.

The dress is fine. It doesn’t matter if it looks like you’re wearing white from the top down. (It doesn’t matter if you WERE wearing white from the top down, actually.)

I think it’s fine! Someone wore something very similar to my wedding. If you’re worried you could throw on a coloured pashmina over top.

Nope don’t wear it.  My rule is no part of the outfit should be majorly white .so no white top or skirt.

I think it’s fine, it doesn’t look bridal in any way. I’d agree with PPs about wearing a colourful statement necklace with it.

Totally fine! A colorful wrap or sweater would look great with it

mpbeall :  I think it’s fine. When I got married I didn’t pay attention to what anyone else was wearing, I only recall what my four best friends were wearing because we all got ready together. I doubt the bride will be offended by this unless she’s super uptight..

I personally wouldn’t wear it. I avoid white completely though. Do you not have anything else you could wear?

I probably wouldn’t do it but that’s just me! I agreee with the pp if you do wear a very colorful necklace that matches the colors on the bottom so it breaks up the white

I wouldn’t wear it. It’s too much white up top and too solid. You can literally wear any other color so please just pick something else from your closet. Shouldn’t be too hard to find a summery dress to wear.

Shrug or shawl that picks up one of the colors in the print.

So happy that shrugs are making a return!

I always feel like if you have to ask then you probably shouldn’t. I think it’s fine but personally I would pick something else out.
