(Closed) Is it possible to actually return a wedding gown?

the store we purchased from had a no return policy written right on the sales information page~ they gave a little booklet out when we went shopping

You most likely signed a contract discussing the return policy when you purchased the dress.  If you don’t have a separate contract, check the receipt.  The front or back of the receipt may have the return policy.

General policies are that you can never get a refund, you can only put the purchase amount toward a different dress (if you got an off the rack dress).  If you ordered from the designer you probably can’t get a refund or exchange at all.

When I purchased my dress I had to pay 60% up front and there was a no refunds clause on the contract.  I am pretty sure most shops are like that.
