You shoudl receive an email when you are PMed on Weddingbee so it doesn’t matter if she hasn’t been on here.  Have you paid through Paypal?  I would consider opening a dispute.

How long have you tried to reach her?

When you message her, she will get an email. It’s quite possible she is on her honeymoon if she went right after the wedding. Has she posted to the boards since the wedding?

@marylandnurse: Whoa! That should definitely be enough time for her to get her rear in gear and respond to you. That is not good. Yes, it’s probably time to try to locate your item elsewhere. It sounds like you’re taking steps to get your money back– I hope you can!! You might want to also put in some kind of complaint on weddingbee, so other people don’t try to buy anything from her… although I’m not sure how that’s done… I’m sorry this is happening to you! That’s terrible!

@missmidwestbee: yeah, that’s a good idea. I would give it a few more weeks before you put a negative review for her on weddingbee. If she is an active board member selling things, then other brides should know about this incident.

@marylandnurse: If you don’t hear back, please post to support.weddingbee.com with a full description of what happened, when you first sent her money, a link to the listing and her profile, etc. and we’ll look into it. Unfortunately Weddingbee isn’t able to do anything for you financially, but we can prevent a scammer from continuing to use their account to steal from others.
