I say no, it is not weird! It’s your wedding and I think that would be cute and different. These traditions are changing and getting more creative!

@futuremrscap:  I was a ring bear(ess?) in a wedding when I was little. A coworker of my dad’s (who always babysat us) asked my sister and I to carry the rings. We had pretty pillows and carried them down the aisle. We just wore whatever dresses we wanted (this was… the 90s?). I don’t see any problem with it!

@futuremrscap:  I think our flower girl may carry the rings. She’s older (8) and she’ll be holding my baby brothers hand (he’ll only be 14 or 15 months old) so she wont be able to throw flowers. I was thinking of getting her a smaller bouquet to carry and trying ribbon on it to tie the rings. Still working on ideas though.
