I am not a jewelry wearer. My ears are not pierced and I only wear my engagment ring. Is it weird to wear no jewelry with my dress?
If you think I need *something* any suggestions? (Keeping it classic and simple)
My hair will be primarily down in curls past my shoulder blades.

I don’t think it’s weird, my first thought was, if you had pierced ears, you’d want to wear something simple, but you don’t! So don’t wear jelwelry!

Actually I don’t think it’s weird at all. I love a minimal look!

I have my ears pierced but NEVER wear jewelry… I did however wear earrings at my wedding but I say since you do not wear jewelry normally than don’t 🙂 I think you should be as naturally you as possible because if people are used to seeing you without jewelry if you over-do it, it will look weird I think. You will be beautiful without it!

Nope.. not weird! I originally wanted nothing but my earrings because I don’t wear anything other than that.
My mom did surprise me with my grandmothers drop pearl necklace on the wedding day but I wore it more to please her than me.

I don’t think it’s weird, a wedding dress can certainly stand on it’s own. I think your dress will look great just by itself, especially with your hair down

Of course it’s weird… that’s what makes you unique. I’m a firm believer of looking like yourself on your wedding day. I don’t wear makeup any other dsy, so I don’t want to wear makeup for my big day. All I’ll do it get it on my dress, anyway. I haven;t even thought about jewelry…. it shouldn’t be a focal point, though. My dress will be nice enough 😀

first, your dress is GORGEOUS.
Second, no, not weird at all. I’m the exact same way actually (no jewelry, ears never pierced, only wear an engagement ring and even that was a bit surprising lol). With your dress I wouldn’t want jewelry distracting from it anyway, and with hair down most jewelry would be fairly hidden anyway. Plus, if you don’t wear it normally, you might feel really uncomfortable in it on your wedding day and that is never good!

Wow, thanks for the support everyone! I thought for sure I would hear a lot of “well at least wear XYZ.” Whew.
@bearlove: Thank you for the dress love. I <3 my dress. It’s a bit odd, like me. 😉
