Absolutely, buy what you want and can afford!  It’s your one and only wedding day!  By the way, there are lots of Sabelles on preownedweddingdresses.com.

It’s a super-stunning dress.  I say go for it! I love Maggie Sottero dresses, and I am pretty sure that is going to be my splurge treat to myself if I can’t find one cheaper Smile

I agree with your mom and Maid/Matron of Honor. If you love it and can afford it buy it.

Yes it is your day and you only get this chance once! At least having the baby didnt alter you guys wedding date like our 3rd child altered mine and FI’s. I would say look on ebay or like someone else said preowned wedding dresses. Just because the dress is beautiful doesnt mean it has to be expensive. Good luck!

Definitely don’t worry about it! I’m getting married in the auditorium of the HS Fiance and I went to, followed by a reception at the local American Legion. It’s a small town (4000ish people) so neither location is super fancy by any means. I’ll still be having the elegant, classy wedding I’ve always wanted! Go for it girl!

You know those photos of grandparents who were dirt poor and had their wedding reception in the basement of the church? Yet in their wedding photos they look like royalty!! That’s how it should be NO MATTER how much money you have or where youre getting married. You should wear what makes you feel like a queen no matter what!!!

I say go for the dress YOU love!! πŸ™‚
