Have you already purchased the dress? If you love it, then don’t worry about it! You won’t find a dress that every single person at your wedding agrees on.

One, I think you look great in the dress! Two, your wedding is to celebrate the love and commitment of you and your S/O. So in my eyes, the “possible” judgement is irrelevant. It’s a day of celebration and happiness, so don’t allow others to taint your moment. Again, you look beautiful in that dress!

I think it is too simple. But, there are things that you can do through alterations to add some pizzaz (sweetheart neckline, sash as the waist)

I think it’s a very pretty dress!  Once you have your hair and makeup done, it won’t seem so “simple”.

And personally, I don’t like statement necklaces as I’ve yet to see one I actually think looks good.  I find that they usually overpower the dress and will look really dated when you look back.

CuppaSarah:  I think it is great! My dress is actually way more simple than yours. I think if you love it, rock it!! I will be wearing this belt and very simple jewelry as well. I am not a flashy person.

A simple dress has to fit really well in order to really look like something special. I think the dress is fine, but will look a lot better once it fits without those ripples in the midsection

CuppaSarah:  I think a sweetheart neckline would look pretty, or even just a “dip” to soften the neck area a bit. If you are worried about it being plain, I would add a sparkly belt on for the reception to catch the light as you dance!

I think the dress is really pretty.  Its your wedding, as long as you love it thats all that really matters!

I love it, and think it looks super classy.  Very bridal.  Were I you, I wouldn’t do a thing to it!  Having the dress be simple makes people notice the little details on it, like the beading, gathering (right term?), etc.
