I am getting married a year from now but my parents live out of state and won’t be back until the wedding. I wanted to dress shop with my mom so I bought my dress last month. Now I’m wondering if I made the decision too quickly and if this dress is too simple…
I always had lace in my head and now someone has the allure 8634 for sale on Craigslist.
To get a new dress I’d have to pay off my dress and sell it before getting a new dress.
Please vote and if you have advice please share!

@cdecresc: Actually, I really like it and think it looks great on you.

I really like it. The dress is gorgeous but if you feel it’s too plain you could always play up your assecories.

I think it looks great! It’s all about you!

Have you tried on that Allure? I tried on that Allure and personally, I didn’t like the way that the straps looked when on- so that’s the only reason I’m asking.
I think the dress that you have on looks great, but if you aren’t happy with it and there is a way that you can sell it, the other dress is really pretty too.

The dress looks amazing on you!!!

it’s amazing. My dress was a simple dress as well. I love classy, clean lines because then it’s all about the person wearing the dress, rather than the dress wearing the person. The dress is stunning on you, seriously!
here’s mine to show you what I mean 🙂

Thanks ladies, didn’t want to be that bride that mended others opinions but I’m feeling better now. @foxybride14 I haven’t tried the Allure, but I did see some brides that the straps didn’t lay right on. I guess it would help me make my decision if it looked bad lol.

I think you look awesome in that dress. Maybe you can get a lace veil?

I love your dress! It looks beautiful on you too. You say simple, I say timeless and elegant!

@cdecresc: You should go and try it on then, just to get it out of your mind. And then try on your dress again with different types of veils to see if it spices it up a bit.
