I need your opinions. I recently got engaged! My ring size is 4.75 and ring is 1 carat center stone w/ 0.75 carats in small diamonds on the sides = 1.75 total carat weight. What do you think? Is it too small? I live in Dallas, TX. Sorry for the bad quality photo. Had to take it on my phone.

That is not too small at all! I think it is beautiful!

No where near too small. But if you think so you can send it my way

I don’t think there’s such a thing as “too small” when it comes to engagement rings. At least, I don’t think there should be. If you love it, then thats all that matters.
By the way, my center stone is just over 1ct on a 5.25 size and I’ve been told its huge more then once…

I don’t understand why people think their rings are “too small.” Rings should follow your style and your budget. Size should not be an issue.

if you think its too small then there is nothing we can say that will change that.
i, too, have a 4.75 size ring. my center stone is .76 and my side stones are .25 and im more than happy.

Are you for real?
Why on Earth would you think a 1 carat stone on such a tiny finger would be “too small”?
And, why would it matter? Is ring size so important to your social group that it’s something you’re spending so much energy worrying about?

@SoonToBeMrsTa: No. I know a lot of people who don’t have a 1ct stone or would kill to have a 1.75 tcw ring. (Why do you think it’s too small?)

@SoonToBeMrsTa: If you want more finger coverage, you could have the stone oriented the other way so it’s east-west.
