I think it’s really pretty, but I understand your concern. My sister has a larger finger than I do and when she tried the same ring on that I would, hers would look smaller and kind of not-proportioned right to her hand. No, size doesn’t matter blah blah blah but you’re obviously asking because you’re in a position to be able to change it, so it isn’t a matter of being able to switch it out. I personally think it looks great and I don’t think it’s too small for your hand, but if you want to try different options there is no harm in that! <3

Beautiful Ring!  I think that it compliments your hand very nicely.  But what matters is what you think and you think it is too small.   Remember that you will also be wearing a wedding band next to it which will also take up more finger and give you more sparkle, so keep that in-mind before you decide to go for something bigger.

The halo really does make the ring look bigger.  It seems to have about 1/3 finger coverage which is a comfortable size for most women.  My ring takes up less than 1/3 of my finger, is set as low as possible (actually into the band not floating over) and I often find it gets in the way despite its modest size.

Is there anything else that you dont like about your ring?

futurezakany:  looks lovely and don’t forget you still need to add a wedding band! When I first got my wedding band my finger felt too covered.  My center is .6 can’t imagine much bigger being comfortable

I opened this thread thinking you were talking about ring “muffin” top LOL as in its too small for your finger LOL.

But the answer is no, it’s a beautiful ring it’s not too small.

If you feel it is too small, look into your options. But personally, I think that with that halo you have some really nice finger coverage there.

I think it’s great (actually pretty perfect on your finger)! I prefer smaller center stones, I think it’s a nice look, especially with halos – looks a bit more understated, even though they’re blingy as heck!

I was actually really surprised when you said it was a 1/2 carat, because it looks much larger! I think it looks fabulous, but only you can decide if you can be happy with it.

futurezakany:  I think it’s beautiful and looks so pretty on your hand! For example, I prefer rings that some bees would think were tiny 😀
