You’ve got a ginormous rock that is as wide as your finger. There is nothing plain about that.

when you’re 80, you’ll be glad you kept this ring and didn’t add a halo.

arcusiris:  Your ring is a stunner! Beautiful! I really  don’t think you need to add anything to do, but if you really want to, you could just add a small diamonds on the band. I definetly wouldn’t add a halo to it though. I think it would take away from the centre diamond.

arcusiris:  I have a halo but I don’t think it would look good with such a large diamond as yours. I also think your wedding band is pretty and if you want to wear it alone without the e-ring some days it will look good on its own. Honestly there is nothing simple about either of your rings and they both look nice. Only change it if you don’t like the way it looks, not based on what other people say ๐Ÿ™‚

only you know whether it fits your personal style, but i think it looks great, and i think less is more with a large diamond.

arcusiris:  I really don’t understand how THAT ring is too plain. It’s gi-normous and beautiful. Once you start adding extra, it’ll look different. Also, there is nothing SIMPLE about it either. It is beautiful. I think it’s tacky for people to make an unsolicited comment about another person’s ring. When one of your friends or anyone else makes the unsolicited comment about “your ring is too plain” kindly respond by saying “well, it’s a good thing you don’t have to wear it, now isn’t it?!” That’ll shut them all up.

arcusiris:  I think the size of your stone has a few feeling some sort of way towards you, and because of that they prob feel if they say some mean things to you and make you feel like they do you will change it or get rid of it and maybe get something differnt then what so few can actually ever have. They want to ruin your happiness to make themself happy again! Your fortunate to have that size diamond if thats in fact what you want! No one and I mean no one should make you feel bad about it. stones like that are the focal point you only need “More” when you dont want the center stone to be the focal point for what ever reason. I think adding to it or changing anything would be a mistake and take away from its beauty! I have a much smaller ring then yours, but its pretty “Plain” as you say these “Friends” (I use that term lightly as their way of attacking your ring passive aggresivly) call it, and I dont want any wedding band thats will be fashy, busy or take away from my ering in any way shape or form. The Ering is the focal point and I only want to add to the attention of my beautiful stone with a wedding band not take away or distract. Your rings compliment each other nicely, If you infact yourself want to change it then do it, but I think right now you only want to change it to make others happy. Remember these others dont pay for it, wear it or have to look at it everyday. (To be honest thats prob why they truly have a issue with your ring, Its because your wearing it and not them!) ENJOY IT YOUR LUCKY GIRL!
