Doesn’t look too small at all! It’s gorgeous! Very similar to mine, but I have black diamonds.
Here’s a pic of mine:
My whole set (e-ring and wedding band) has a total carat weight of about 1/2 CT and I honestly don’t think I would want much bigger than that.

Your ring is beautiful and looks perfect on your hand! <3 (I totally thought this was going to be about band size/fit.)
If you still want a halo in a year or so, ask your husband about it then. You’ll have tried the clean and classic style & you’ll know for sure if it’s really halo-love or just wanting a larger look to compete…By The Way, there’s no point in that ..there’s always going to be someone around with a larger diamond. It’s best to appreciate & enjoy what you have.

It looks like a beautiful ring.
In my field I work with just as many people who have 3 ct+ rings as people who have .5ct rings or just plain bands. I can tell you this: big rocks do not equal happiness. Having no diamond or other stone at all does not guarantee misery. in general, people who are happy and confident with what they have are happy. And people who are not, are not.

If you had gotten a halo would you have been happy with a .60 carat center stone?

That doesn’t look like a small ring to me I think it’s perfect on your finger.
