    I think maybe put the first line at the very bottom and add after it “Please indicate how many guests will be attending ____”

    This is ours, or at least the general idea (still have some perfecting to do). I think it’s best to write out specifically how many seats are reserved for them, and have them fill out how many people of that number will be coming. FI and I have a few people that are just not understanding our not-so-subtle hints that they won’t be getting plus ones, so we figured this would clear it all up when they get the invites.
