I think it’s lovely! You have beautiful shoulders and arms, it makes your *ahem* tracts of land look great, and your waist is tiny.

It’s not a disaster! It’s pretty and you look very slim in the dress. That said, I agree it would look better if the bodice was longer.. but is there anything you can actually do about that when you’re getting married this month? If not, you have to let it go and accept that it is still a beautiful dress and will make you a beautiful bride.

It looks stunning! I do think perhaps the bodice could have been longer but it’s not big deal – you still look amazing in it.

To ease your mind, maybe you could speak who does alterations and might be able to take out some tulle and fabric from the skirt? I’m not sure if it’s possible but there looks to be a lot of material in the skirt and I’m thinking maybe if you could get some of it removed it would give the illusion of a longer bodice because it the skirt won’t have so much volume, if that makes sense?

But if not, it’s gorgeous and you are gorgeous and everyone will think you look gorgeous on the day as well ๐Ÿ™‚

I think your waist looks awesome in it, and I would not mess with it at this point!

If the bodice were any longer, it wouldn’t stop at the smallest point of you, and therefore the visual impact of the small waist vs the poufy dress wouldn’t be as dramatic and you wouldn’t look as small.

It’s very nice! You can totally see your small waist, the bodice length is just fine. How many layers is the skirt? You could look at taking some of them out so the skirt lays flatter where it joins the bodice?

Trust me that is not a disaster dress! It shows off your tiny waist! I also love how it is the perfect length for you ~ it looks like you would just float across the dance floor โ™ก

You’re basically wearing my dream dress (that didn’t flatter me when I tried it on, sadness) so no, it is not a disaster! I think it looks beautiful on you!

I think it’s gorgeous and the proportions look right. If you bend to the side (not wearing the dress), would the crease at your waist be around the same place as the bottom of the bodice? If so then it fits properly!

The skirt is very voluminous, maybe that’s throwing you off? You could ask a seamstress about removing some layers inside of the skirt so it doesn’t poof out quite so dramatically at the waist. I had petticoat problems and was indecisive about it too, so don’t worry, it’s usually one of the easier things to modify ๐Ÿ™‚

You seriously look fab so don’t worry!

Honestly, I think the bottom looks way too poofy and that it comes out really unnaturally from your hips in odd U-shape rather than an A-line, as though you were wearing a pool donut under the skirt. I think that effect breaks up your silhouette in an odd way. I’d definitely look into removing some of the layers of tulle if possible. I don’t think the length of the bodice is the issue, I think it’s just the poofiness of the skirt, which should be fairly easy to fix.

It isn’t a disaster or ugly, but I do think there are other silhouettes that would do you more justice.
