I’m trying to finish up the last design touches to my wedding website and am wondering if it’s too plain.
Is there anything I can do to spruce it up? Should I change the background color? Add more flourishes to our names? Anything? I’m still adding stuff so the only areas that have info are the FAQ, Gift Registry, and Accommodations sections.
ETA: Thanks to everyone who commented!!! I’ve taken the website down so that family and friends won’t see the site before time.

O my goodness NO it’s not too plain, it’s beautiful! And when you have the information on there it will be perfect. I seriously wouldn’t change a thing.
Now you’re making me re-think my website…

No. I love it. It looks very elegant. I’ve seen so many that just have way too much going on. But, I think yours is perfect.

Thanks ya’ll!!!
I asked my sister who said it looked fine too, but sometimes I’m too much of a perfectionist.

I like the layout, I think its nice and simple and easy to navigate, i really dont like wedding websites that have too much going on. The only thing I would say is that when you click on the links, some of the pictures seema bit low res, as if they have been compressed too small, dont know if you can fix that cos then you faces will be clearer in the pictures.

@bells: I was actually thinking the same thing but wasn’t sure. Will be changing the photos when I get home from work.

It’s not too plain at all…but I clicked on one link (gift registry) and noticed this.
“We will be honored will your presence alone”
I think you meant honored “with”! It’s always difficult to proofread our own writing!
Otherwise it’s great! Not too much, and everything important is there!

It’s great, not plain at all. I love the background color.
