Well my save the dates were scrapped….. Changed the wedding to friday instead of saturday for budget reasons 🙁 But thats ok i think we are going to send them out about 11 months before the wedding so there isnt any confusion…

It’s rather nice to take time over these things – I’ve currently got several ideas about our save the dates, and I know that by mulling them over I’ll eventually settle on what I want. Much better than rushing it! Don’t think we’ll send ours our until Christmas. Maybe autumn if I’m feeling enthusiastic 🙂

My gown just came in- picking it up next weekend!! Officiant is my FH’s best friend from 5th grade. Theme is completely in place and now sorting out the specifics. I’ve decided on a wedding suite-style invitations after viewing all of the gorgeous ones created her at the Hive.
For my very first projects I am making beaded flower arrangers and decorating mini bubble bottles for the send-off. Lots more to do but I’m starting small as ideas and sales come to me.

Maybe two days after we booked the venue and all I started making an elaborate wedding website and collecting pictures and links to things I want to make, heheh. Managing to keep myself from doing too much else! I will probably send my Save-The-Date Cards in late July or early August this year…

Here in MN, if you don’t have your friends pencil in a Saturday during the summer, you are SOL. I got my ring, it was still cold on my finger when I started looking at venues.
I have told Fiance, I needed something to keep me busy, either Masters degree, baby or puppy…..a wedding works nicely!!
