Thank you each and every one of you who took the time to give me advice. I think it may have been a combo of heat, not being hydrated, and stress.
I ended up keeping some of my migraine meds down and they are SUPER strong so they knocked me out, (this time for a good reason! lol)
I slept until about 3 in the AM.
I still have a headache today, but otherwise am in okay shape.
I live currently in Quebec but am an Ontario resident officially so I actually have to go a decent distance to go to a hospital and even then, since we have free health care, the flip side of that is that the wait if 5+ hours for non critical care.
Again, thanks for listening. Merci again, you ladies are great 🙂

I hope you are feeling better now, but please take this into account. Heat exhaustion is nothing to brush off. We’ve had over 14 people die in this area within the past week of heat-related issues, so if you think the heat is affecting you to the point of making you pass out. Next time PLEASE go see a doctor. The heat CAN kill you.

Probably nothing to worry about. I had a massive blood clot and a few months later I fainted. I was paranoid I had a piece break off and either go into my lung so I couldn’t get air all of a sudden or it went to my brain. I called my doctor and she said it could be caused by a million different things and only worry if it happened again. By The Way – she also said if either of the two had happened, I never would have gotten back up… We tend to always go to the worst case scenerio.

Ok, I’m going to be stern with you because I care! C Difficile is going around and the symptoms you described are part of the list of symptoms for C Difficile. So if you continue to feel them or feel them again soon, just get your ass in the car and go to a clinic, please!
Also, did you find telehealth helpful? I have called them in the past and their only answer is to go see a doctor. (Because they can’t be liable if they give you other medical advice without telling you to see a doctor. In my opinion, it’s such a waste of our tax dollars!)
Be careful with your health hon!

I’m a notorious under-reactor when it comes to my health.
I got hit by a car and everyone was so busy treating my had and facial injuries that it wasn’t until I had a full body scan they found out both my legs were broken
I broke two fingers and my hand bone and taped my fingers together and went to work at my waitressing job that night. It wasn’t until I fell off my bike a few days later that I went to the hospital.
I got stung ON THE TONGUE by a wasp and I am allergic. So I caught the BUS to the hospital (oh and this involved a transfer! lol)
Honestly, I’m horrible at stuff like that. I just figure that it’s not as bad as it looks and that I should wait it out.

The first thing I thought was pregnancy, but since you haven’t seen your Fiance in six weeks (and I’m assuming you’ve had a period since), it most likely isn’t that. Even though the show, “I didn’t know I was pregnant” has me skeptical, lol! Just go to the urgent care or emergency room. See if someone else can drive you there? You need to get a diagnosis because something definitely is the matter. I’ve fainted in my lifetime, but never more than once in a day. Please go see a medical professional just in case this is something serious.

@Oneeleven: I USED to be a major under-reacter too. Which is how the blood clot ended up from calf all the way into my abdomin… Anyway, 3 years post-clot I am starting to under-react again.
