I love pink. It was one of our wedding colors and IMO, it wasn’t too girly. We also used dark blue and silver so I think it balanced out really well. Now if you did everything in hot pink and polka dots…..maybe!

Edit: here’s a link to my recap if you want to see the colors together – http://boards.weddingbee.com/topic/my-very-lazy-recap

also see you said no pastels – the reception flowers/BM’s bouquets included hot pink roses so you can get an idea of how that would look too.

Pink is gorgeous at a wedding! Our very own Mrs. Teacup had pink at her wedding. Even her DRESS was pink!

pink can be great!! Fiance said no to a mainly pink wedding and i got it in our flowers and as an accent colour.  make sure that your Fiance is ok with a pink themed wedding before planning anything.

Pink was the one color my husband and I agreed on, so we told all the vendors that we wanted shades of pink from fuschia to blush.  Our wedding planner ended up adding champagne and ivory in (mainly in the linens).  I think have a range of pinks, rather than one matchy-matchy shade, made it look fairly sophisticated.
