I don’t have a FB account, or Twitter, etc…but I am somewhat interested in Pinterest. I like the concept of it and have noticed another teacher I used to know who uses it to save info for teaching related items. If you have a Pinterest account and are a teacher, would you think it’s worth getting an account to pin teaching related items/info?

I’m not a teacher but I can see how pinning pictures and articles having to do with teaching could help. I always rip pages out of magazines with things I want to do but since I don’t mark the specific part of the page that interests me, I end up throwing it out because I don’t remember why I kept it.
I think it would be useful if you often look at websites for teaching ideas.

I am a teacher and have found a TON of great time saving, organization and lesson ideas on Pinterest. There are lots of great teaching blogs out there, and Pinterest is a great way to find them.
Its totally worth it!

I use Pinterest as a teacher to save good ideas I see online. I recommend it!

I love Pinterest. There is an education category where you can get ideas from other pinners. Or, as PP’s have stated, you can pin your own ideas from different websites.
