That is really cool, thanks for posting!  I like using a food scale at home, but I’m bad about figuring out how much I eat when I’m out.

@MrsRevolutionize:  This makes me sad because I obviously eat too much lol. But that is a very clear way for me to think about portions… When I look at serving size I have no idea what they’re talking about!

That is helpful. Kind of difficult though when everyone has different hand sizes. I have super tiny hands so a serving based on my hand versus my DH’s or even just a girl friend’s would be totally different.

@mepayne:  when I eat spaghetti my plate looks like the inbetween of 2 and 3. Apparently I should never eat spaghetti…

That steak portion…holy shit. The 3oz is like 3 bites. I normally only get a 6oz when I eat out but damn.

FWIW, a Weight Watchers portion of wine is 5 oz, which looks like quite a lot in my wineglasses!!!
