@musical-lady:  This.  Its original purpos being “keep going to work and living as normal because it’s the best way to stop Hitler.  Yes, Hitler.”

@Duncan:  This.  I don’t find it offensive, but I do think it trivializes something that was more than just a cute phrase.  The actual phrase was from propaganda created by the British in the event that the Germans invaded GB.  Given that context it makes the phrase a lot more meaningful than how it is viewed now.

Could you maybe pitch something similar with more staying power?  Like staying the course or something like that?

It has a very interesting history and message that would never be out of date. That being said, I agree with PP that it trivializes the true meaning of it.

Done, done, done… and over done

It has been done in soooo many contexts with so many phrasings, I am continually amazed whenever I see a new one

(And as another who KNOWS the history I’d have to say it is in essence disrespectful to its heritage)

If I were you, I’d be browsing Pinterest to maybe find “the next big thing” or some sort of facsimile of such.

    Hope this helps,

@cbgg:  It is so annoyingly overdone- hopefully it will end for good sometime soon!

Very. Dh brought a doggy bowl that had a variation of that saying (don’t remember what it said). I rolled my eyes until he said it was on sale for a dollar :p

And you’re just a bit too late for the doge meme. =P

Such job. Very work. Much productive. So employee. Wow.

It’s probably just a safe bet not to use memes at all.
