No, it’s not too much like Mad Men. It’s a strong name- go with it!

I don’t think so. He wasn’t really a major character, and unless you plan to have your son go by both names, rather than just “Henry,” in daily life, it won’t come up much. Most people’s middle names don’t come up that often.

Now, if you were asking about Don Draper or Roger Sterling, my answer might be different. 😉

I think it’s a lovely name! My first thought is how English it sounds rather than Mad Men.

vanessa7:  The show is popular but not THAT popular. Like ive seen a few seasons but I would never hear that name and think “mad men”

vanessa7: yes, since that name is literally one of the character’s names.

Whether someone will make the connection between the name and the show is a different question.

vanessa7:  no one will call him by his middle name. Mad men has ended, people will forget a minor character. I’d go for it.

vanessa7:  I say go for it! It’s a solid name and I think that people won’t connect it even now but especially by the time his middle name is used in formal scenarios (graduations, wedding etc) no one will even notice.
