I haven’t been able to look at or add to our Target registry online for a few days now.
Can any other bees with Target registries let me know if they’re having this problem?It gets to the point where we sign in, and then it goes to a ‘bad request’ page. :-/

ive been able to access ours.. it might be the time of the day youre trying to access it.. I know it seems I get more “errors” late at night.. I think thats when they update their site?
Another thing is.. the items we registered for in the store are printing out as “online only” its a little annoying, especially since we took the time to go to the store and scan everything personally!

I not sure if you know or not but target has the WORST return policy. Say you have a crockpot on your registry and you happen to get 6 (like my friend did) with out a receipt you can only exchange that kitchen electronic for something in the kitchen electronic department. You cannot just get store credit for anything in the store. It was a huge headache for my friend and she ended up with tons of doubles and things she never really wanted. Just a heads up!!

Oy, I had no idea! That’s pretty freaking specific. Thankfully, we registered at BB&B, and that one is much larger (may have to do with the fact that I went alone to BB&B but tried to make Mr.ND help at Target, lol). I’ll have to look into that more, our Target one may stay small then. Thanks for the heads up!

Did you have to do anything to fix it or it just happened on its own? I’m wondering if it’s worth calling them tomorrow if it’s not working during business hours.

i did bbnb also. i specifically asked and it sounded good to me. he told us that target is the worst one he has ever heard of, and he has heard about it by LOTS of people

Grr, after one extremely unhelpful call to tech support, I was told to just ‘try signing in again.’ Ya think I didn’t try about 12 different times?!
Very frustrating. It’s been about a week of ‘Bad Request’ error coming up. If it doesn’t get straightened out soon, I may just drop this registry and go with BB&B and some place else, especially with the bad return policy @katie34667:

Oh my gosh! I’m glad you made this post. I was wondering if it was just me. I have only been able to access mine ONCE in the past few weeks…and what really sucks is that my wedding is in 29 days, so I’m afraid nothing on our Target registry will be purchased 🙁

After calling back (again) and hearing that it must be an issue with my password (it’s not) it magically started working again while I was being put on hold. So maybe yours is ‘fixed’ again. Best of luck!
Seems that it’s just a bit glitchy sometimes, especially since the ‘revamped’ Target page.
ETA- Grrrr. Just kidding, I guess. It lets me get to my ‘Welcome, NDBee’ page, but then any other click = ‘bad request.’ I am hating on Target right now.
