I’m not sure it’s technically in the Catholic nuptial mass, but I know lots of people have done it (although typically not at the end, as the exchanging of vows and rings takes place prior to communion)! So just talk to your priest about it.

I think my Fiance wants that kiss, just today he mentioned it. Didn’t think about it until he brought it up. lol, I guess whatever happens at the moment. 

As for the other “traditions”…Won’t be doing them seeing as they aren’t part of the ceremony, we wanted to leave superstitions and such out. When I was young I felt they actually “meant somthing” and thought nothing of it, but after reading about them…they seemed silly/or they came from other religions. Which seemed kinda pointless or “wrong.”

Depends on the priest.  I’m a practicing Catholic and have attended plenty of Catholic weddings and all but 1 couple kissed after the I do’s

it is not a part of the ceremony but many priests are willing to accomodate.
