In my search for a wedding band for my fiance (he doesnt’ want to choose it; he thinks that since he chose mine, I should choose his, and he “wants what I like”), I came across a wood-grain style ring, which seems very him. He likes nature, and he loves to build. Plus, part of our wedding theme is turning our reception into a forest, with lots of natural elements and tree slices and things. So it fits his personality, and it fits our wedding theme, AND it even fits the theme of my ring which is very organic and floral inspired. Win/win/win, right?
I was all set to order the ring until I found similar styles under the “related items” section on Amazon…. Um, is there a difference in these at all (aside from price)?

No.. Not really.. The 2nd one contrasted with polished and matte, which is nice. One has a magnet inside?!? Don’t know what that is about. I would go with the $19.99 one. There isn’t a reason to pay a lot for titanium… But it is coming from China, so shipping could take awhile… Keep in mind.

As a side note – I’m not sure your price point but there are real wood wedding bands if that’s something he might like. My husband has a wood/antler ring from jewelrybyjohan on Etsy. Here are some examples…as well as the ring we chose.

fwiw I like the look of the 2nd one with contrasting finishes best. 🙂

I had considered actual wood inlays, but I’ve read that they aren’t very long-lasting and can crack?
