I know Make Up For Ever makes a waterproof eyeshadow sealer.  They have a line called Aqua Eyes.  Might be worth checking out.  I’ve never tried them myself.

Here’s a link to a video by makeup guru Sasaki Asahi.  She’s goofy, so the video is a little weird.  The products she uses in the video are in the description.

@Earlybride:  i don’t wear waterproof mascara that often but when i do it’s always been maybelline great lash.  it’s reasonably priced (good b/c it’s not an everyday thing) and it works really well.  i have never had a problem ever in over 20 years.

the key for keeping your makeup in tact is not to rub your eyes or face.  if you need to, dab.

if your makeup is applied and set properly, you can go swimming and still look the same.  i have.

I don’t wear waterproof mascara often but I have had a Dior one by mistake and it was pretty good!

Also, Estee Lauder do paint pots (I have an olive/jade and a coral) and these seem pretty sturdy! Plus Kiko paint pots are tough to shift and cheap (I have two of their new bright colours)

I have not tried the kiko all over my lid, but I have the EL ones and they don’t crease either! Highly recommended 🙂

Do you mean the little white bottle?  That’s Make Up For Ever’s Eye Seal.  If you freeze the video when she’s showing you the bottle, you can see the name.

I scuba dive, and we take a lot of photos… and I need eye makeup.

What she put on is Make Up Forever’s Aqua Eyes eye seal.   It’s a waterproofing liquid you can mix with products or apply overtop for extremecwaterproofing. What I was told at Sephora was that it was originally developped for synchronized swimmers.

All I know us that it’ll keep my eye shadow, liner and brow pencil from budging over a full day on a dive boat. Great stuff.

I use Clinique Lash Power long-wearing waterproof mascara; it’s not as thick as the Benefit, but since it’s a tubing product it can’t ever make racoon eyes, even if you forget and do rub your eyes.

@Ivorybuttons:  Thanks for the backstory! That’s so cool!

I haven’t worn waterproof makeup in so long, I should really check some of this out. 🙂

Tarte makes a great waterproof mascara.
