I will be getting married in less than 3 months and haven’t gone looking at wedding dresses yet. I also have absolutely no motivation to. I probably would have if I lived back at home and taken my mom and sister with me, but I live in a different city and know only my Future Sister-In-Law. Now I don’t mind going with her, I just really don’t feel like making a deal about wedding dress shopping, when I seriously don’t care what I wear.
I am really considering ordering a white maxi dress to get married in off the internet, and hope it fits! Its a beach wedding anyways, and I do not want to wear a heavy hot dress, because me and heat do not mix. I actually get really flustered, and moody when I’m hot, and go into shut down mode.
I don’t know what to do. Anyways, not sure what the point of this thread is, just a vent of sorts I guess. I guess I’m not your common bride.

Nah, wedding dress shopping is not for everyone. The part I liked about it was spending time with my Maid/Matron of Honor rather than trying on dresses. It gets really tiresome putting on dresses and taking them off over and over again.

I’m also not your common bride. I hate the planning process. I say go for ordering the dress online. It will arrive and you won’t have to worry about it anymore.
One word of caution though, find out if your Fiance has any expectations dress wise. I was planning to get a tea length dress, but found out my Fiance had completely different expectations. I was frustrated at first, but eventually I was glad we talked about it and I could find something both of us would be happy with.

Yep! I hate shopping to begin with, nevermind having an audience while I do it!
Thanks, I might just do that. I already know what my fiance likes, but honestly, I don;t even care anymore, I just want to order it so I know I have it, and if I need to take it in, I still have time!
