Pink is my favorite color and is pretty much everything I own (besides clothes-i dont wear a lot of pink). I’ve been told many times that there IS such a thing as too much pink! lol. I like the idea of putting black feathers in your bouquet. You can also mix the pinks so its not just one version of dark pink. For example, including some gerbera daisies in the mix that are something like this color:

Or, you can use a bunch of different flowers of varying shades of dark/hot pink, just to offset the colors of the Bridesmaid or Best Man dresses. You aren’t going to be able to match your bouquet perfectly to the dresses and you don’t want it to blend in. With a variety in the pink you use in the bouquet, it will stand out a lot more.

Like many others, pink is my favorite color. I love it, and I love being surrounded by it. That being said… I’ve been to a wedding where there was too much pink. And if I’m actually admitting that, you know it had to be bad. Everything was hot pink. Table clothes, napkins, flowers, lights, dresses, more flowers, etc. I walked in the reception room and was just totally overwhelmed by pink.

my partners one request was to go easy on the pink & ‘uber girly stuff’ because it is his day too.

you took the words out of my mouth.

I think if you can do it tastefully and offer some contrast in the bouquets & details it will work. As long as your SO/FI doesn’t have a problem with everything being so pink then I guess it is okay.

I think hot pink flowers would look good. Maybe you can carry the hot pink flowers and the Bridesmaid or Best Man can carry white flowers.
