liksye.liksye:  too cheap to be a diamond. It’s likely a CZ. In that case its overpriced.

Ya, like PP said, it waaaay too cheap to be an authentic lab diamond. My .7ct lab created diamond (no setting) was $1200.

^ Agreed. A genuine, lab created diamond would be one thing, but the price would never be that low. This is likely a case of the store calling a sim a “lab diamond”, in which case it is some version of CZ. It would be overpriced for the value of 9 K gold and CZ.

Lab diamond means cz. An actual lab man made diamond cost about the same as a mined diamond. And i think that price is a bit high for 9k gold.

If your looking for an alternative option you should look into moissanite  or maybe even asha

liksye.liksye:  a lot of sites are just lying or being vague, unfortunately. A low end lab diamond, 1 carat would be around 3k USD, more in the UK.

Overpriced for cz and 9kt is not great for a ring. Please beware of sites marketing “lab diamonds”. They count on uninformed consumers who think they’re getting a deal when they’re actually getting ripped off. If it sounds too good to be true, it is.

liksye.liksye:  another hint is typically fine jewelry is atleast 14k, higher end being 18-22, low end being 12k, but it’d be unusual to find a diamond in 8 or 9k.
