I think that sounds pretty good – cardio, abs, arms, and legs.  I’d switch up your arm and leg exercises though every other workout so that you’re working different muscles (maybe tricep dips one day, chest flys the next, etc.  squats one day, lunges the next)

@WestCoast:  I’m not sure if the way you have them listed implies the order that you plan on doing things, but if I were you I’d run last.  It you want to get the best out of strength training you’re supposed to do it first so your bodies not tired out from the cardio.  And I think there’s another reason too.  I can’t really remember.  I just know that cardio comes last.

Also I can’t tell if you’re planning on doing this, but I would use weights with everything (i.e. with the crunches and lunges).  And I agree with the other bee on switching up what you’re doing on each day.  Arms one day, legs one day, etc.

If I were you I would check out this workout and try doing something like this:

Follow the strength training part so you’re doing different exercise for each part of your body and then run your mile after.

@WestCoast:  yeah i can’t remember the whole idea behind it, but I do remember that you should run at the end.  My friend is a personal trainer and likes to remind me of that.
