What’s included in the setup?  Meaning – are they providing cups, napkins, mixers, etc?

That seems like a lot if that doesn’t include the cost of the bartender. I was quoted $500 for 7 hours of bartending service including 2 bartenders, set-up, clean-up, coolers, poratble bar, bar tools and cocktail napkins.

That seems like a lot of money for basically ice. If you’re not doing mixed drinks than there won’t be a whole lot of setup. Can you bring the ice?

Seems like a lot to me. Since you’re not even having mixed drinks there shouldn’t be much setup its basically 375 dollars for ice. Can you bring your own ice?

Our bar is set up so we pay $6 a person. That includes bar set-up, bartender’s wage and all mixes/cups and ice. With 150 people invited we are looking at about $900 for this. Plus we still have to buy the liqour and lisence.

@JaneDomani: sounds a bit high – maybe it includes something other than ice and napkins?
