I say just do it for fun. You’ll get the good photos out of your own photog, may as well use this one just for the hell of it :p

I’d say do it for fun, but my Fiance *hates* that kind of thing – posed, unnatural pics. I’d have to drag him kicking and screaming.

But returning it might hurt her feelings.

Does the photog offer any other service you might be interested in? Usually groupon/LS deals can be applied for face-dollar value to a service even after they’re expired. The photog might be able to cut you a $45-off deal on a family pic (those usually look cheesy and staged anyway).

@Ryansgirl: agreed. Especially where this girl obviously has an impulse problem when it comes to buying these things… and the photographers that tend to use Groupon tend to be rank amateurs. I doubt it would be worth your time.

I’d use it anyways and just go have fun with it with no expectations.  If you get a couple nice pictures out of it, great!  If not, you and your Fiance can just have a good time with the shoot and look back and laugh at it!

Plus, you’ll still have your nice e-pics from your wedding photographer.

This screams re-gift all over it!

Just say thank you and re gift, or save it, if you can, for other monumental photo shoots you may need in the future.

She probably gives people random groupon gifts all the time, I would mention it causually one time, jokingly, if she talks about her grupons again, to see if she gets the lighthearted message, that she is too much of a grupon nut!
