500.00 for 3 hours. She is highly rated, really nice and genuine. Would do all the setup (not a lot but a good hours worth) and then hang out at the guest table assisting people as they came in, directing and answering any questions. She would stay about a half an hour into dinner.
The thing is I really need someone to set up for me because there is nobody on the family who can. It is a Destination Wedding so I can’t just have a random friend do it.
This is in an expensive city, so that’ll bump up the price.
Also on my iPhone and it won’t let me correct the spelling grammatical errors

- Wedding: September 2013 - The Skinner Barn
@S2013: I wouldn’t say that’s a great deal. I paid $1500 for my month-of coordinator who is helping me to organize vendors and will be there from 9am-9pm on the day of the wedding. I don’t think someone being there for just 3 hours isn’t nearly enough. How much set up can they really gt done? They’ll still be trying to get their bearings and won’t get a whole lot finished.

I would never pay that for only 3 hours, she’s only setting up for an hour, and then answering questions for people??? ….. but if you can afford to and want to, go for it!
Where is the wedding?

For a comparison, I’m paying $350 for my Day-of coordinator and she will be working for about 7 hours on the big day. She is one of the event coordinators at the venue. She’s really nice, and helpful.

the lowest ive seen for the day of coordinator is 500, so id say its a good price!
