I’m getting married on the beach in the Bahamas in July. This is a second marriage for me but first for him. I’m older (52). Small ceremony with a few close people followed by a sunset champagne sail and a night in the casinos. I’d like to keep the dress on through all of that…appropriate or not?? Also, when we return we’ll have a garden party for friends/family at home. Can I wear the dress to that also?
Here’s the dress:http://www.bestbridalprices.com/images/alfredangelo/fall07/bridal/large/1774NT.html

Do you have the convertable bottom option? It would be perfectly wonderful with the short underskirt- no bustle needed!! rock it!

Absolutely acceptable, It’s a beautiful dress not hard to see why you would want to keep it on 🙂

Absolutely acceptable. As long as you don’t mind the attention of obviously being a bride walking around!

Yes, the dress is gorgeous! I’m sure people at home would love to see your dress. It’s also a pretty slim footprint so it should be pretty easy to navigate on a cruise and casino trip.
