I think the dress you chose is very pretty 🙂

Here is another lace dress in light pink that is slightly cheaper you might like, though it has sleeves, not straps.

I honestly would choose a dress color/style that YOU really like and that will take into consideration the different shapes, sizes, and ages of your bridesmaids.

As long as the dresses will not be too revealing or unflattering on any of your maids, I would choose something that you love within a reasonable price point and not worry about how many of your maids will love it or if they will ever choose to wear the dress again.

I have been a maid of honor or bridesmaid seven  times, and I had input into exactly ONE of those seven dresses.  I can only recall wearing one of those dresses again, and I wore it to a costume party dressed as “Miss America.” LOL

@arwenlynne:  Its a nice dress and seems re-wearable but i feel like its an awkward length… the skirt part seems too long!

It’s pretty, but I wouldn’t rewear it anywhere else.

I think it’s pretty, but what would keep me from re-wearing is that the length is a bit unusual. I think right below the knees is not very flattering.

I think it would depend on your bridesmaids. Personally, I wouldn’t rewear a light pink or mint green dress for any occasion. They’re just not colors I wear, ever. It’s a pretty dress but I can’t think of an occasion I would wear it to, especially if it was one of those colors. Realistically, where would one wear a mint green lace dress?

I think wearing it again would be tough, especially in the colors you described.  Mint or light pink are not exactly cocktail dress colors in my area.  Sorry!

@KateByDesign:  the description of the first link is hilarious! “Afternoon tea with your best friends is always more fun when you all dress up to match a plate of macaroons!”

realistically, if it were navy or a shade of blue…i might wear it. but mint or light pink …never. i like the dress well enough but like pp said, they arent colours i wear

this doesnt mean i dont think you shouldnt choose that one. as much as brides always say they want the Bridesmaid or Best Man dresses to be rewearable, its about as likely as seeing a golden eagle flying through new york

I wouldn’t wear that dress again but I think that most people expect not to be able to wear a bridesmaids dress multiple times. If that’s the dress you like I think that’s fine.
