Yes. The line in the hip is a dropped waist(?). It is part of the dress. The top of the dress has the lace pinned down, the actual lace goes much higher on the chest, and is thicker in the straps. Ugh- dress shopping is a pain!

I love the dress but I don’t like the hip area. I think it draws eye there. The back is grogeous though!!

I don’t think that dress does anything for you. It’s not accentuating anything that it’s supposed to.

I don’t like the line that cuts across the hips. it looks odd. I like the back though.

I think an off the shoulder gown would look fabulous on you and distract from broad shoulders. It will also give you a softer look

I like the sleeves a lot, but the line at the hip is awkward and almost makes it look like a top and skirt rather than a dress.

Haha..I read it as”is this a dress yes or no?” I’m like uhhh yeahhh it’s a dress…?
Anyways I don’t really like the bottom half of the dress..
